You can buy one per person. These homes are specifically for home owners. Developers are not allowed to purchase them to rent out, they can however purchase the land for communities to live on.

Both the interior and exterior can be changed according to your taste. Even the cabinets inside can be rearranged to suit your layout. The size of the modules stays the same.

You can arrange your own home loan, or we offer finance to those who qualify. You will need at least a 5% deposit to get started.
